How can I turn off the match score feature?

You can remove the match feature from the Results Page inside the Quiz Builder.

On the right-hand side menu under Product Recommendations drop-down menu, you will find Match Score Format settings. From the drop-down menu, select the hide option:

If this is already active, please don't forget to republish your quiz to make sure the changes go live.
