If you collect product reviews with Guaranteed Reviews Company (Société des Avis Garantis), Lantern can show each product's star rating and review count on the product cards of your quiz results page.
This takes two steps: connect your Guaranteed Reviews public key once on the Integrations page, then turn on reviews in each quiz.
Connect your public key
Your public key is the key Guaranteed Reviews' widgets use on your store. If you don't have it, ask Guaranteed Reviews' support team for your public key. If a developer added the Guaranteed Reviews widgets to your theme, it's also the data-public-key value in their widget script.
Open the Lantern app from your Shopify admin and go to the Integrations tab.
Under Reviews, click Connect on the Guaranteed Reviews Company card.
Paste your public key and click Connect. Lantern checks the key with Guaranteed Reviews, and you'll see a success message.
If you see "Invalid public key", check that you copied the whole key with no extra characters, or ask Guaranteed Reviews' support to confirm it.
Turn on reviews in your quiz
Reviews are turned on per quiz, so repeat these steps for every quiz that should show them:
Open the quiz in the editor and select the Results Page step in the left sidebar.
On the right, open Reviews, Cart, Subscriptions and check Show product reviews.
From the Reviews app you use drop-down, select Guaranteed Reviews.
Save, then publish the quiz so your customers see the change.
That's it! Each recommended product now shows its star rating and the number of reviews it has in Guaranteed Reviews, on the results page and in product recommendation content blocks.
Good to know
The rating and the review count are the ones Guaranteed Reviews reports for each product. If your theme adds up reviews from several products or other sources, your product pages can show a different number than the quiz.
A product with no reviews in Guaranteed Reviews shows empty stars and 0 reviews.
If you hid the reviews on your results page with Custom CSS before connecting, remove that CSS so the stars show again.
