By default, Lantern ranks the quiz results by the total answer weight of the matching answers. With default answer weights, this follows the overall match score.
The match score is calculated based on how often a product was matched with the answers chosen by your customers, so an imperfect score means that your customers picked certain answers where that product was not linked as a match.
You can also turn off the match score feature by choosing the hide option from the Match Score Format Settings. This only hides the score number; products with imperfect matches are still shown.
How to show only perfect matches
To show only products that were matched to every answer, set Match Score Threshold to 100 under Product Recommendations on the Results Page.
Be aware that shoppers with no perfect match will then see no products, or the Default products if you have set them.
