Yes, you can now collect customers names using the new Single-Line Text Field question type:

As with any new question you add to the quiz, you can reposition it anywhere you like. By default these are required to be completed, however you can make this optional.

Unlike standard quiz questions, input field questions do not impact the product match score, making them ideal for collecting additional customer information without affecting their quiz results.

Integrating with Klaviyo and Mailchimp

Once you’ve set up your quiz to collect customers' names, you can send this information directly to your Klaviyo or Mailchimp accounts by configuring the correct Integration ID under the Integrations Settings.

This ensures that the customer data collected in the quiz, including their names, can be seamlessly integrated into your email marketing workflows, helping you personalize future communications.

Reusing the Name Throughout the Quiz

You can also reuse the customer's name throughout the quiz to create a more personalized experience. This is a great way to engage users and make the interaction feel more tailored to them.
